4. The front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, as was the valet parking attendant and housekeeping; they allowed us to pre-check in and park before our rooms were available and we got one of the nicer, more private/less noisy Club rooms at the very end, on the right with 'reserved' parking right in front.
