Lying, making excuses, being
rude
and doing nothing to accomodate guests when your errors cause them major stress on their vacation is more than enough to say I will NEVER return or recommend this horrible hotel to anyone.

, and unproffesional all to which she smiled and nodded as if to say 'Yes I know, but what can you do about it?' I yelled at her and said what if i was having an emergency? to which she just laughed.
