1. Sheets were cleaned and rooms tidied every day, the only issue we had was the hot water.

5. Arrived to the motel and while checking in shared with the lady at the front desk my need for a lower lvl room and she was truly concerned for my issue and even tried to get me into a room closer to the front so I had a shorter walk to Disneyland.

8. The manager Peter and reception staff are always very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issues.

Front desk people were always courteous and attentive, the only issue with the hotel is the breakfast , and my issue is not so much with the content (really when you consider the price paid the selection isn't too bad: toast, muffins, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk and coffe) but rather with the whole set up.

10. Since eating breakfast 'in' is a major factor in keeping prices down when we travel, and since some of our party have health issues (diabetes) that really make a breakfast of nothing but white flour, fat and sugar unacceptable, we were really placed in a difficult situation.
