1. I don't remember having any specific issues with the staff, they were nice, handled the voucher with ease, and were helpful with any questions I had.

2. This was not an issue as it could have been a range of many issues including the slide strip on my own card.

3. This is another issue they created because when we used the second card to charge the room and they claimed it would be added to that card, we then used the first card for other expenses (Disneyland, Car Insurance, Phone Bill, Food, Gas) and because of their incompetance I bounced one of those charges by being 4 dollars over the limit.

4. I understand sometimes mistakes happen but the mistake made was so grave that it not only ruined the entire trip, but it also caused a bounce debit issue due to their error.
