Well I won't shoot a messanger as I know it is not your personal fault, but I will say that your staff ruined a vacation, caused a would be great vacation into a stress factory, and have caused me to have to tidy up the mess created by it when that should never be the job of the consumer (yet again another example of poor service).

4. The incompetance of this Hotel staff was the worst I have seen in my life and I have traveled all over the world and have never (even with a bad experience) wrote or come close to writing a poor review.

The staff were miserable, all the rooms were of very poor quality, you had to leave the curtains shut otherwise everyone could see into your room, the shower looked like it should have been replaced 20 years ago, the rooms were noisy, you could hear everything from adjoining rooms and outside, the toilet kept making strange noises.

7. The condition of the rooms, however, was poor and definitely not as nice as other 2 or 2 1/2 star hotels I have stayed in.
