1. The only other negative was the shower--it was so slow draining that you ended up standing in four inches of soapy gross water by the end of even the shortest shower.

8. If I could point out one negative you are quite close to a homeless refuge - so becareful which route you take, particularly in the evening but this did not spoil the time we had in Washington, we just went different ways.
