1. But I was very disapointed :(First the check-in : good news we didn't wait to see someone at the front desk, bad news the man was not friendly or smiling at us.

5. There needs to be more consistency among the staff and information given to customers so that when they check in they are not taken totally off guard as I was and so the start of their trip will not begin on a bad note.

6. Not a bad choice by any stretch of the imagination, but for the second largest hotel complex in the world and a signature landmark in the Vegas strip skyline, there is still a lot to be desired.
