6. In my opinion, I think that there should be a designated floor(s) for people who bring their pets with them to this hotel so its not an inconvenience for those of us who left ours at home.

7. Things were better the second day (Wednesday) We checked out of the hotel, and the front desk was nice enough to waive our parking fee because of the inconvenient check in, which I was very appreciative that they did that for us.
