2. On the plus side, the staff are very efficient and issues are sorted quickly plus there is a shuttle bus to take you from the hotel to the local metro station (JFK/U Mass stop).

4. I had an issue where the hotel booked an additional night to extend my stay, which I had inquired about when I arrived.
