1. When I called the desk to get his room #, the girl loudly sighed after I said I didn't have his room number, I gave her the name and when I started to spell it she cut me off and told me there was no one staying there by that name and promptly hung up on me.

4. The only drawback was the loud air conditioning units in the halls just outside our room (and throughout the motel).

5. Now the bad: Motel style, the hallway outside of our room smelled of urine, loud hallway/parking lot at night so we had to keep our air conditioning unit on to block the sound, another guests car was broken into.
