1. Our only complaint was that the room key which works fine to open one's room does not work well in the elevator, the garage, or the pathway back from the convention center.

8. I imagine they would hear fewer complaints if there were not so many problems, beginning with booking the number of rooms you have available, not 30 extra.

9. I would not recommend this hotel as it stands right now - especially since the front desk was observed mocking customers over the phone and overheard saying they were sick and tired of the complaints.
