1. Drury does need to have special cleaning days with staff working as teams wiping down doors in the room, our bathroom door on both sided was dirty I wiped it down to make sure it was a cleanable dirt, most of it was.

3. Finally at 2:00 the next day it was 'cleaned' - however, the bedding was not changed (the same snag in the sheets was still there), the coffee pot remained dirty, and towels/washcloths were still in the shower.
