1. I was recently having a foot issue and he offered to bring sodas down to my room so that I could stay hydrated, since the executive lounge was a fair distance from my room to walk.

3. Karen Dobis is the head of the Platinum program at the hotel and always helps with whatever you need or if you have any issues.

This is no issue at all for one person, and a couple would be okay as well, but I would not recommend this location if you are planning on putting more than two persons in a roomOverall, I'd recommend this place very highly for travel, if you don't mind the extra costs for the bells and whistles.

7. They simply said that other guests were calling with the same complaint and due to liability issues, they were unable to offer any type of transportation to guests.
