1. My only complaint would be the lack of a view and the lack of a fan in the bathroom.

4. For a Denver hotel the staff were a little pretentious, and normally I would never comment on the way hotel employees act, but since I stay in Denver a lot I really think that the front desk staff was lacking some courtesy and professional training.
