3. The problem was that my husband and I, like many other people, travel with several devices each, so trying to use this wifi definitely took more time than it was worth.

4. We had a bit of a situation regarding our reservation but the general manager graciously fixed the problem and our Denver get-away turned out to be a wonderful family weekend.

6. I was surprised to read of someone's toilet and heat problems, I suppose you can get a lemon experience even in a great hotel.

7. After engineering's unsuccessful attempts to address the problem, I was eventually given a space heater, but at nearly $300/night, the costs definitely did not justify the amenities.

8. The 'engineer' they sent to fix the problem brought extra remotes that also just turned the TV on and off when he tried to rewind our movie.

9. As for parking, we used the street meters in front of hotel ($1/hour) and a garage down the street for overnight ($7), it wasn't a problem.
