1. TV was old, there were stains on the rug, the heavily draped windows ( in period fashion) made the room dark, the room was small, there were really nice bathrooms, noisy corridor when guests at a celebration were going to and from a function room via the corridor right outside my room.

6. If they would put half the effort they put into selling you more services while on site into making the stained plastic bathtub and ugly caulking a bit nicer, the rooms would be magnificent.
