3. (Maybe they could have offered us another room when we complained the first time???)So much for service for this hotel, there is work to be done by the hotel management when it comes to training there staff about service to the guests.

4. When we checked out on monday as complained ones more we were faced with the same uninterested reply that they were sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing they could do about this.

6. It did finally get there, after I missed my airport shuttle, when I complained to the acting manager Ramona she said she didn't know anything about it (I was told she would be the driver) and the desk clerk Nancy denied ever having talked to me.
