When we checked out on monday as

ed ones more we were faced with the same uninterested reply that they were sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing they could do about this.

It did finally get there, after I missed my airport shuttle, when I
complain
ed to the acting manager Ramona she said she didn't know anything about it (I was told she would be the driver) and the desk clerk Nancy denied ever having talked to me.
