1. The only issue was that the front desk did not seem to be aware that our room was already paid for.

3. The point of the matter is, a hotel guest service agent to my knowledge should do anything to resolve issues that come from their side of the end instead of giving guests attitude.

8. I normally allow a hotel a the benefit of the doubt for one bad stay but two occurrences in a row regarding a serious issue in unacceptable, especial when the hotel has opportunity to correct the issue and chooses to do nothing.

9. In the end they resolved the issue to our satisfaction as a manager agreed to let us park there for the two weeks.
