4. Two negatives first: (1) Decor is dated, and could use an update (looks like the 70's); (2) A tray of room service left-overs was in front of our door when we arrived, and stayed there for most of a day, despite several calls to the front desk.

5. In our room, the refrigerator rocked and didn`t seem to work real well, one of the bathroom doors had water damage and was hard to close, the carpet and tile looked dated and worn, and the front room got somewhat loud in the morning from the noise in the atrium below.
