2. I was on the 7th floor and i could smell cigarette smoke, when i go to a hotel (and it is considered a non smoking room) i expect it to have no trace of cigarettes.

3. We had to try 3 rooms to find one where the remnant smoking smell wasn't too offensive, as years of smoking has clearly lingered in the popcorn ceiling, the old and tacky bedroom furnishings and the draperies.
