1. Each time I had to call and report the issue, I didnt complain too much but on the 4th day I asked to have extra time to make up for the time I paid and could not use, they said they could not do that.

2. Another complain,Internet is a RIP OFF, I paid $30 for 4 days and the server went down every 20 mins.

3. Although they complained to the staff, nothing was done to try to accomodate them in another quieter unit, so they eneded up putting up with the noise.
