1. Each time I had to call and report the issue, I didnt complain too much but on the 4th day I asked to have extra time to make up for the time I paid and could not use, they said they could not do that.

3. I asked for one and they suggested to go to the other Hyatt on the other side of the island, where the gym would be free, the only issue was the $12 to park the car IN THE RESORT.

4. I called the 'I-Hotel' internet provider at least 10 times over the 4 days and they kept saying the issue was on the Hotel side, not on their side.

8. The kitchen does not have an oven which isn't a huge issue as long as you realize it before you buy groceries - which we didn't.
