1. But before I booked a room with kids, the eldery or a pregnant woman, I would want to know what was up with those warnings, and I'd be annoyed if I didn't find out about them until after I checked in.

3. The noise from the fountain in the courtyard is OK during the day, but at night it becomes a bit annoying (they do turn it off, but not until late).
