2. After speaking with the manager on the phone, we were told that because the reservation was made with a third party (not an Inn staff member over the phone), the rates could change without notice and a refund would not be issued.

3. Certainly the streets are quiet by around 11pm, and I guess our neighbours were on the same timing as us as their running water wasnt an issue.

8. 2) while I did not expect the place to be decked out like the Beverly Hilton, there were a number of minor 'fit and finish' issues: loose bathroom doorknob, label adhesive left on sliding glass door, cracked tiles in bathroom, stuff like that.
