1. We did not have any problems, but I know that If you are not happy with something just tell them and if they can make it right they will.

4. The valet parking is the worst in Beverly Hills with the parking staff having no idea if you are arriving or leaving the hotel to the point of frustration and even after I repeatedly told the front desk and manager about the problem, there was no acknowlegment of how bad it really was.

6. Beds of course are not a problem at the Four Seasons, but I was concerned because the hotel isn't very high, and our room was facing the front of the hotel and a busy street.
