1. In fact, a male at the desk initially told us to lug our bags up the stair of the building were we checked in and, only when another worker we encountered informed us that we were in the wrong building were we informed that there was more than one building location.

2. Eventualy pulled in to Hotel Luxe and we were knackerd to say the least, so we just got out the super shuttle transfer and picked up the bags and head to check in, then looking around something did not feel right, Yeah you guessed it wrong hotel luxe, they had taken us to the Sunset Blvd.

7. I am from Miami and I travelled around the world and let me say: 'What is wrong with us???' I've never experienced such a good customer service like in California and The Luxe Hotel was one of the best hotels in the whole world.

Little things like burned out lights in the room,the wrong room service menu in the welcome folder, forgotten turn down service, dead batteries in the remote controls, tub not draining the entire weekend and the air conditioning shutting off in the middle of the night and not one person knowing how to reset it.
