4. He stated that they had been getting complaints from the second floor only but that he would switch us to the third floor so we went for it being confident with what he said plus we didn't want to miss one day at universal studio.

8. Only after I called Choice Hotels to begin the complaint process and under threat of sending the offending insect to Comfort Inn headquarters did my rate get reduced from $69.
