1. He said he'd been there for 15 years and the hotell has excellent reviews and there has never been a problem about the price issue in his 15 years.

2. Parking is an issue as there are limited spaces and you are asked to park your car in a rather dubious looking car park 1 block up and hand over your keys, however the car was returned safe and sound.
