Advantages:- Good localization (near the main street, but bit a side so it was much more quiet)- Nice and clean non-smoking room- Good air condition system (but bed smell at the begin)- Price is negotiable (You can get about 10 Dollars discount if you ask) Disadvantages:- They take a deposit money and you have to wait long for a return (we are still waiting for it, after one week we do not have it on the bank account)- Continental breakfast (a donut and coffee or tee standing in fron of 'reception' or take it to the room, there are not tables)- No view from the window (only wall).

2. My wife is not one to tolerate the smell of cigarettes, so we asked if they would refund our second night and after talking to the manager, she agreed, in part I am sure, since the rate we secured ($75) was well below what they could get from a last minute traveler.

3. Try as she might, the cleaning lady had a tough time getting rid of the smell and had to resort to approximately 10 gallons of Pinesol, which quickly wore off, believe it or not.

4. we took a nap with the DOORS OPEN, windows open anything to help the smell go away but unfortunately we couldn't do anything about it.

5. Me and my friend have been driving for about 4hrs and were kind of tired, we were going to a concert later that night so we got there early to check in and just rest a little bit, it looked nice from the inside but once we got into our rooms IT SMELLED so bad.
