2. after having a partner check out the room the day befor (a double bed ,3 occupincey) when I checked in the next day I was told they didnt have it , I was given a single bed room apone My complaining they gave Me a second single bed room at the opisite end of the building ,but not befor I was given the code to a occupied room.

3. Something under the chest of drawers caught my partners eye, when he moved it he discoved a couple of dvd's, about half a pizza and a lot of dust and dirt, when he complained at reception they apologised and gave him a dustpan and brush.
