4. It's a shame because it was a nice building not without charm, the lobby looks like it's been freshly painted, and it could be a very nice hotel - but it is run down, dirty and unpleasent - it looks like the owners have completely lost interest in customer satisfaction.

5. There was a huge squashed fly on the wall, the floors were dirty and the bedding smelt a hundred years old and although I didnt see any bugs, I had itchy lumps all over my legs in the days that followed.
