1. As we were leaving to get dinner, we also had to call down to the front desk because the lock on our room was broken and the door would not close.

3. This is an older hotel with some nice renovations but lots of issues- phones didn't work, a/c was loud and not efficient, tub drain broken.

4. The plastic dishes are definitely practical, since I'm sure they'd be broken quickly if they were crystal.
