1. PROXIMITY THE PROBLEM The problem was having coming from another country, I was 2 feet from the airport and getting anywhere else - mainly for a shop or 2 - was limited - hard or expensive.

8. Each member of the hotel staff that we interacted was friendly, helpful and efficient, There was a small problem with our bill upon checkout but Sonia Steverson, Director of the Front Office, resolved the matter quickly to my satisfaction.
