5. My husband and I arrived with terrible head colds and the hotel's executive chef went out of his way to create delicious healthy soup with extra garlic which led to a speedy recovery before our international flight.

8. The bar is expensive and the service there was poor (if not terrible) : we sit at the bar and it took almost 5 minutes to take our order by the barman before he quit what he was mending behind the bar almost in front of us.

9. There is terrible traffic, construction everywhere you go (including directly in front of the hotel), and be prepaired to pay $9 for parking EVERYWHERE.
