1. To be fair, after I complained, Manager did offer to use a ball point pen to mark out the last 4 numbers on the credit card photocopy - OK, but you can still read the photocopied numbers if paper is held up to light, and if that was effective then why keep the copy at all? Manager otherwise wasn't budging, I asked to talk to someone else in charge, he wouldn't give me any other contact info.

I stayed here for one weekend night as it was close to the event I was to attend, the first room they gave me smelled like smoke, when I asked for another room they said there wasn't any others and they would spray something, when I went back to the room, nothing was changed, still smelled like smoke and no spray, so I went back and complained some more and they FINALLY gave me another room which wasn't as bad smoke smelling that is.

8. The staff were fine, not your typical plastic fake smiles that American like so much, but very correct in their attention and I certainly would not complain about any staff member.

9. So we complain enough to get upgraded to a suite that no one had used in such a long time that there it was stale smelling on an empty floor and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.
