1. negatives: no blanket on bed - just sheet and bedspread (& we all know we don't want those near our bodies); walls were filthy; no coffee machine; no hot water in shower for 2 days out of 4; toilet wouldn't flush; sink backed up; carpet was filthy; had to have key re-keyed 3 times to get in room; only get 1 room key; nasty all-carb, all-sweet breakfast; breakfast started at 8 so cldn't even get coffee.

7. My sister in law booked the hotel directly online with them and after seeing some of the pictures and reading the negative reviews, we were seriously planning on cancelling this out and paying big bucks to book another hotel.
