1. We were placed in the 2nd building with a broken elevator where we had to cross a boarded up hall under construction that was full of trash to get to the other working elevator.

10. poor service, lack of cleanliness all around, smelly rooms, depressing, dirty lobby with empty/broken juice machines, unpleasant front desk staff who seemed irritated when approached and pathetic shuttle to pier (very unorganized and the bus even broke down on our way there making us some of the last to arrive).
