Notes:* The hotel is being renovated and the poolside rooms are done, they are nice and clean -the airport side will be done within 4 months as I asked the front desk, so after that, this hotel will be quite nice* Management seems to respond to the comments here, and as long as they dont just pay lip service, the complaints should will be addressed (we didnt see any in-room cleanliness issues or shuttle delays)Cons:* The plumbing needs some work, our bathtub backed up very easy and we were standing in a bunch of water at the end of our shower* Our A/C unit couldnt pump out heat.
