2. I think that hotel needs to be close down and this one lady was very nasty we ask her for something and she had a nasty attiuide it was not a housekeeper the lady had on a white shirt and dark pants we stay in room 221.

3. Me and my family stay at the W New Orleans - French Quarter on august 8,2011 the rooms was nasty the hallway never vac and the hotel never had anything everytime we ask for something the housekeepers say we don't have it .
