3. Next I arrived in my room and it was filled with rose petals and wine, which would have been lovely but I was travelling alone and they had clearly given me the wrong room.

I think that the overall mood of the place was elevated by its charming feel, its great location (close to the action but on a quiet street) and the quality of the rooms (I admit our suite had already been renovated, but I think at this point maybe all of the rooms have already been completed? Guy-who-responds-to-all-the-reviews, you can correct me here if I'm wrong).
