1. The only complain is that housekeeping only enter your room to make the beds.

3. Upon our return each evening, the kids played in the pool (although be warned, it wasn't heated during the last week of October and the kids complained that it was a little cold).

6. We couldn't complain considering the price we paid through Travel Repobulic was under half of what you would have to pay if you booked direct.

7. If I was going to complain about anything it would be a couple cosmetic things (the face of a drawer in the master bath was broken on one corner; one drawer in the girls bedroom wouldn't close, it was always a little ajar; and one drawer in the boys bedroom was hard to close).

8. As well, our upstairs neighbors (we stayed on the 5th floor) were VERY noisy and despite making a complain and having security speak with them they continued to make a lot of noise starting at 6AM until midnight.
