1. The pool and jacuzzi were very refreshing, if i had any complaints at sll, it would be that i wish they had more restaurants on the premises.

3. The only thing I would have a complaint about is there was no wifi in the room and the interent was only complimentary if you were in the main building and because the buildings are spaced out it was more discouraging to use a laptop/wifi.

10. As for complaints about the cleaning - it is advised clearly on a display stand in the kitchen that they only do basic cleaning (taking out the trash, make beds and replace towels).
