My second complaint is with guests who insisted on fixing their toast/bagels/whatever right there at the buffet instead of taking the butter, jelly and cream cheese packets to the ample seating area--and with guests who stood there staring into space trying to decide between a plain or a blueberry bagel.

10. My suite was clean and comfortable with no complaints at all and that's different for me when it comes to hotel stays, from someone who is very uncomfortable at times from previous visits to other hotels.
