4. the room was terrible,small & cramped & extremely smelly, the aircon sounded like cape kennedy on launch day, the gap under our door let ant's and roaches in without the need to knock, the toilet was blocked and the bath had leaked all over the floor the mould was thick enough to coat most areas of the bathroom floor.
