1. The staff was friendly and we never had a problem with finding parking.

2. If you keep the fan on all the time, it helps, but the problem I found is that it was too cold to keep just the fan on, and got too hot and dry to keep the heat on (I went in January).

10. I would have rated this Inn with a perfect 5, but we had one problem that left us with a bad feeling - my Ecco sandals and my granddaughter's hair straightener were missing when we unpacked at our next destination.
