1. People who have problems with pets should note that this is a 'pet friendly' hotel.

2. We had a problem with one of the sinks in our room and before we could even report it to the front desk, housekeeping had noticed the issue and alerted maintenance .

8. With that in mind, I would recommend avoiding the second floor if this would be a problem for you.

9. The hotel is quite large, and obviously caters to conventions and large groups, but it was quiet when I was there, so I did not experience the noise problems noted in some other reviews.
