1. The staff was very nice and helpful; I had a problem with my reservation but the staff let us check in the room anyway and relax while she solved the issue.

6. We initiallly had a room outside of the lift which was noisy but after a couple of nights of no sleep we complained to reception and they gave us new room, with no arguments or issues.

9. Perhaps the only other issue I had was no TV in my bedroom suite (it was in the living area).

10. Per other reviews, it is true the walls are thin if the neighbor is clomping around or playing his guitar at midnight, but Chris at the front desk handled the guitar issue, and things were fine.
