1. The only problem is the location of my room.

5. The only problems we had were: street traffic noise, liberty street is a busy one way, so if your room is on the street side, it`s noisy.

6. I eventually had to take the matter to my bank, which, to me, seems like a completely unprofessional way for a major hotel to resolve (and by resolve I mean pass the buck) a billing problem.

7. The problems started when I saw that I had been charged twice - once on my credit card with which I reserved the room, and once on my debit card with which I paid for the room upon check out.

8. When I requested that it be removed from our bill upon check-out it was taken off of our bill without a problem.
