1. They helped us get a room with a balcony (for the kids), and when we complained about the lack of a refrigerator in the room (when the website noted that rooms had them) they brought one up free of charge.

There was no air conditioning in our building so someone brought us a 4 inch desk fan, when we complained about that, a maid brought us a 10 inch fan, and when we told them that it was unacceptable, they moved us to another room that had not been cleaned and still had room service food in the room.
