3. - staff are good and nice people but we had a comedy of errors that started with me getting a pre-arrival upgrade to a room that did not have 2 beds (which is what I reserved), so then they moved us a room with 2 beds but after 3 trips back down to the front desk they concluded the card reader on the hotel door wasn't reading cards properly (although the maintenance guy was also there twice and he said it was working fine but that the front desk was doing something wrong).
